WARRANTY: FastGuard Extended Warranty; NBD - On-site repair
WARR EXTENSION: 2 Year (3 Yrs Total when combined with original warranty)
PRODUCTS COVERED: Samsung SCX-4521F and SCX-4725FN
EXCLUSIONS: batteries, accessories, consumables & consumable replacement
parts are excluded from the FastGuard Extended Warranty,
these inc Fuser Unit, Transfer Roller, Pickup Roller,
ADF rubber pad, ADF Roller and paper feed roller
ON-SITE SERVICE: Under the FastGuard program, should the users
experience a problem with their product, they will need to call
Samsung's Customer Care Team Helpline to have the fault diagnosed
* Following the diagnostic test, if the Samsung Support Analyst
determines that user's product requires a repair Samsung will
arrange for the Service Partner to call at an address of user's
choosing at a mutually convenient time
* Samsung Engineer will conduct further diagnostics & repair the
product on-site (as per Terms and Conditions)
NOTE: FastGuard Extended Warranty COMMENCES UPON THE ANNIVERSARY of the
original date of purchase of the Samsung Product & must be contiguous
FastGuard Extended Warranty PURCHASE, REGISTRATION AND ACTIVATION must
be completed before any Warranty or Extended Warranty has expired
* SAMSUNG'S FASTGUARD warranty service provides users with a fast
track service for Samsung products which users can extend, if desired
* The aim is to minimise disruption and get the product back to productive
working as quickly as possible
