* Factory Repair Service (Mon - Fri, business hours). * Expected turn-around time of 5 business days * Telephone support for printer hardware is free for the life of the agreement. if printer hardware is not at fault, calls will be charged at standard rates. * Printheads and stock consumables are not covered under this warrarnty. * Customer must obtain an RMA PRIOR to returning the printer.
