Factory Repair Service (Mon - Fri, business hours).
* Expected turn-around time of 2 business days under PRIORITY arrangement
* Telephone support for printer hardware is free for the life of the
agreement. If printer hardware is not at fault, calls will be charged
at standard rates.
* Printheads and stock consumables are not covered under this warrarnty.
* Customer must obtain an RMA PRIOR to returning the printer. To obtain a
RMA call 1300 886 420.
* Customer must ship the printer with transport & insurance PRE-PAID.
* Return PRIORITY OVERNIGHT freight within Aust. will be paid by Kirtech.
