PI DATE: APRIL 2007 UPGRADE TYPE: Gold Warranty Upgrade UPG FROM: Std 20 business days turn-around time repair service SERVICE UPG TO: NBD On-Site Service RESPONSE TIME: Next Day Response COMPATIBILITY: Printronix T4M Printer (PRX0000, PRX0001) * GOLD COVERAGE: Customers who select an upgrade to 'Gold' service coverage will be entitled to obtain all of the features of the standard warranty coverage, with the following additions: * Service repairs will be carried out 'on-site' by a Kirtech & Printronix authorised technician, Australia-wide Kirtech will make every effort to attend the customers site within 8 business hours of a job being logged * Telephone support for printer hardware is free for the life of the agreement.
