GOLD SERVICE Coverage includes all the features of the standard warranty
conditions with the following additions:
* Service repairs will be carried out on-site by a Kirtech & Printronix
Authorised technician, Australia-wide.
* Kirtech will make every effort to attend the customer's site within 8
business hours of a job being logged.
* Telephone support for printer hardware is free for the life of the
agreement. If printer hardware is not at fault, calles will be charge
standard rates.
* Printheads and stock consumables are not covered under this warrarnty
