* Most of the printer problems are resolved over the phone,
saving time and inconvenience, Should the printer require service,
qualified service technicians identify the hardware problem
LexExpress coverage includes:
* Problem determination from the Lexmark Technical Support Centre
* If the problem is unable to be resolved over the phone and the
printer is under warranty or extended warranty, an exchange
printer will be sent to arrive the next business day
* The exchange printer is a permanent exchange for the original
Printer or the original can be fixed and the exchange printer
sent back to Lexmark
* Exchange printer will be in as good or better condition than the
original printer
