SERVICE DESCRIPTION: User will have to log the printer problem call with
Technical Supp Centre or submit a request via the web
Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem
* If the problem cannot be resolved, a Lexmark trained technician
will be dispatched to users location for printer repair
RESPONSE TIME: The time between the initial call being placed with the
helpdesk until the service provider undertakes a positive
repair action or arrives onsite
EXTENDED WARRANTY: must be purchased before the previous warranty expires
