by 5:00 p.m. local time (please check with the service porvider)
& provided the service location is within a
a 50 kilometres of a specifically identified Lexmark Service location
EXTENDED WARRANTY must be purchased before the previous warranty expires

The time between the initial call being placed with the helpdesk
until the service provider undertakes a positive repair action or
