SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
* User will have to log the printer problem call with Tech Supp Center or
submit a request via the web
* Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the proble
* If the problem cannot be resolved, a Lexmark trained technician will be
dispatched to users location for printer repair
BUSINESS DAY: A Business Day is defined as any day between the hours of
operation, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays
RESPONSE TIME: The time between initial call being placed with Helpdesk
until service provider undertakes positive repair action or
arrives onsite
