PI DATE : Aug 2008 SERVICE TYPE : LexExpress Warranty (Exchange Extended Warranty) SERVICE INCLUDED: Exchange RESPONSE TIME : Next business day WARRANTY EXTENSION : 3 Year COMPATIBILITY : Lexmark X342N Printer LEXEXPRESS COVERAGE INCLUDES: * Problem determination from the Lexmark's Technical Support Centre * If users have a printer problem they should fist call Lexmark's Technical Support Center * Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem, if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone & the printer is under warranty/extended warranty, an exchange printer will be shipped to arrive the next business day to their location * The exchange printer is a permanent exchange for the original printer or the user can choose to repair & return the defective machine * The user must return the defective machine to Lexmark, by packing it in the materials supplied with the exchange machine * When exchange service is used, the returned machine becomes the property of Lexmark; Exchange machine may be new or repaired, at the option of Lexmark * The exchange machine becomes the property of the user when the machine to be returned has been received by Lexmark and the exchange machine assumes the remainder of the Warranty or Extended Warranty Service from the returned machine
