The customer must provide a suitable working area, clean and well lit, to allow disassembly and reassemble of the Machine * 4 hrs Response - Lenovo will provide 4 hour response from Lenovo Main Service Centres, as specified in Lenovo's On-site Service Locations for Warranty and Maintenance Options * ThinkPad Protection for notebooks covers the Operating & structural failures resulting under normal operating conditions, minor drops, Liquid spills, Electrical surges, Damage to the LCD screen* Quick repair and replacement of parts ensure efficient problem resolution * Service is provided by Lenovo, not a third party insurer, so instead of filing a claim, you deal with a simple repair/replacement process. * Data is quickly and securely transferred to a new PC in the event replacement is required
