* This contract provides customers with 12X5 next business day parts
delivery and technician to replace part, 24X7 technical support,
software updates and upgrades, and access to Customer Support Center Web
services
* Next business day is defined as 12 hours a day, 5 days a week delivery
of advance Hardware replacements. NBDmeans that Juniper Networks will
deliver Adv replacements for defective HW on the next business day for
replacement requests placed by local JTAC time, Monday through Friday,
except Juniper Networks holidays.
* NDCE support is subject to availability and needs advanced approval.
* Please provide detailed configuration and site locations to confirm
availability of Service.
* JTAC support, customer have unlimited access to JTAC engineers
by phone and online 24x7x365. As a single point of contact for all
support needs, our JTAC engineers have extensive experience in supporting
large-scale networks and help user diagnose system solutions &
workarounds where necessary.
