replacement at Juniper Networks sole option within 10 business days
from the date of receipt by Juniper
* 10 business day hardware repair or replacement,Customer returns product
to Juniper & Juniper has to the option to repair or replace the
defective part
* The 10 business days begins upon receipt of the defective unit by Juniper
at a Juniper repair facility
* Hardware replaced under the terms of the extended warranty may be
refurbished or new equipment substituted at the option of Juniper Network
* Customer is responsible for local freight charges to Juniper facility
* CORE SERVICE PACKAGE is annual contract which provides customers with
24X7 Technical support ( JTAC)
