ON SITE RESPONSE:
* If problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, through
application of machine code or software updates, or with a CRU, IBM
will use reasonable commercial endeavours to be on-site within the
target response time of 4hours.
ON-SITE SERVICE in normal business hours is performed between 8.30am
and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (local time), excluding public holidays
* ENBD: END OF NEXT BUSINESS DAY: To receive End of Next Business Day
response,a call must be logged with IBM by no later than 4.00pm
local time.
