centre to receive immediate assistance; They will try to resolve the
users issue over the phone, or if needed, dispatch a Fuji Xerox
Customer Service Engineer to users site to repair the product
* This warranty covers all parts and labour for the duration of
the warranty period
* This excludes consumables and supplies
* Service Area, time and service provider:
* Under this warranty on-site service is provided within 50 kilometres of
Australian Capital cities GPO or nonmetro Xerox Repair Centres during
normal business hours (excluding public holidays)
* Service will be provided by a Fuji Xerox engineer or a Fuji Xerox
Approved Service Agent
