SERVICE DURATION : 3 Years
SERVICE DESCRIPTION : COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE: repair or replacement of
any parts of the product which are defective as a result of fair wear
& tear and accidental damages that affect the normal functionality
of the product
**** NOTE : THE FOLLOWING IS NOT COVERED IN THE SERVICE :-- ****
* Products damaged, modified, altered, repaired or upgraded by persons
other than DLM service personnel or persons authorised by DLM in writing
* Defects or damage caused by faulty operations, improper use, abuse,
misuse, negligence, improper storage, use of parts or accessories not
approved or supplied by DLM.
* Defects or damage caused by other products or systems in use at the
End User's premises.
* Defects or damage caused by the use or maintenance of the product
outside technical and environmental specifications (inc use of any
unauthorised accessories and consumables);
* Defects or damage caused by natural or man-made disasters such as but
not limited to fire, water damage, floods, other natural disasters,
vandalism or abusive events that cause int & ext component damage
or destruction of the whole unit
