* Using the HW Key, the MCL SW Lic can be moved or transferred to another
  computer
* The HW key must be purchased separately from & in addition to the MCL SW
* HW Key (sold separately) installed on the computer provides a serial 
  number to the MCL SW for use during Activation
* Works in conjunction with the Electronic Product Activation process
* This method allows the MCL SW to be re-installed on a different computer
  & activated using the same activation codes 
* The HW Key works with v3 MCL-Designer, MCL-Link & MCL-Net (all vendors),
  v2.5 & greater MCL-Designer, MCL-Link & MCL-NetS24 (Symbol only)
* If the HW Key is removed from the computer after activation, the SW will
  revert to running in demo mode
* Once activated using the HW Key method, it cannot be changed to the SW
  Key method for that license
