* APC Service Center will install the battery &  do all the
  necessary repairs  (Includes all repairs except a blown inverter)
     &  set the unit back to Factory Specifications 
* User  must  take their APC unit to an APC Authorised Repair Centre, at 
  their own expense, which will then be repaired within 3 working days
* The unit will then be delivered back to the User's site on a best   
   effort basis via road transport
*  Warranty renewal period for repaired unit under this service - 2 years
