* The "Onsite Swap UPS" service provides a qualified APC technician 
  to travel to site with the replacement unit
* The technician will install, configure and fully test the
   replacement unit and then remove the old unit from the site
* Ideal for users that have a critical replacement time frame to meet
* Provides users with a complete replacement for the out of warranty unit
* Quick turn around time for critical user applications
* A qualified APC technician onsite to carry out replacement if reqd
IMPORTANT POINTS:
* Existing UPS must be less than 5 years old
* User must purchase one APC Swap UPS service per defective unit
* Users may please contact APC service centre to check availability in 
  non-metro locations 
* User must return the service entitlement to APC before the service can
  be carried out
