PI DATE: August 2006 SERVICE TYPE: Preventive Maintenance Visit COVERAGE WINDOW: 7x24 * Experienced APC Certified Field Service Engineer to offering the highest level of service * Cleaning the Sys of dust & grime accumulated during normal operation will extend the life of the hardware * Environmental inspection of system for optimal functionality, the inspection of site for conditions that might damage system, such as excessive heat or humidity * Tests & run to verify system is functioning correctly in all operational modes, stopping problems before they start * From air filters and fuses to fans and capacitors, APC will replace all parts on the system that expire as a result of normal wear and tear * Proactively schedule Maint visits for issues discovered during Escalation and Corrective Actions process * Free firmware upgrades for maintaining system * Manages all logistics for this service, from hardware delivery to scheduling technicians * 7x24 Upgrade option for systems up and running during busiest hours
