  quick and easy replacement service for the entire UPS
* The "Swap UPS" provides a next business day replacement of the users
  defective UPS with a replacement APC UPS of equal or greater VA
* Existing UPS must be less than 5 years old.
* User must purchase one APC Swap UPS service per defective unit
* Users will have to contact APC service centre to check availability in 
  non-metro locations
