PI DATE: June 2006 SERVICE TYPE: Onsite Service RESPONSE TIME: 4 Hr * 7x24 telephone technical support * Experienced APC Certified Field Service Engineer * To resolve outages as quickly as possible & to keep such errors from recurring, APC follows a rigorous escalation process that includes in depth root cause discovery and corrective actions practices * APC Certified Field Service Engineers will diagnose any errors directly, ensuring accuracy of any corrective actions taken * Travel and labor expenses are included in all service contracts * Replacement parts & components for all units are included at no additional cost * To keep informed of all service or maintenance performance of Sys, APC will provide with a written summary report detailing the events of each service visit
