NBD ONSITE:* Experienced tech supp representatives 24 hrs a day,7 days a we
* Envrimontal inspection includes inspection of site for conditions that
might damage users system, such as excessive heat or humidity
* Description of incidents affecting the individual NCPI device/site
* Firmware Upg ensuring the unit is operating with latest firmware ver
* No hidden costs with Travel and labor expenses incl in all svc contracts
* While on site, APC Cert Field Svc Engg, will diagnose any errors directly
ensuring accuracy of any corrective actions taken
* Replacement parts and components for all units are incl at no additional
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: * Experienced APC Cert Field Service Engineer
* Cleaning the system of dust and grime accumulated will extend HW life
* During each Preventive Maintenance visit, APC Certified Field Service
Engineers will run tests to verify system is functioning correctly in
all operational modes, stopping problems before they start
* From air filters and fuses to fans and capacitors, APC will replace all
parts on the system that expire as a result of normal wear and tear
* As part of this svc, APC will proactively schedule maintenance visits for
issues discovered during our Escalation and Corrective Actions process
* APC will manage all logistics of installation, from hardware delivery
to scheduling installation technicians, ensuring a smooth installation
process from start to finish
